RS100-E10-PI2 supports the latest Intel® Xeon® E processors, which are 2x faster than the previous generation and operate at a maximum of 95W for leading performance. It supports four memory slots that fit up to 128GB of DDR4 2666 for memory-intensive computing.
RS100-E10-PI2 offers the performance required by demanding visual computing workloads with support of one NVIDIA graphics card, or you can utilize one PCIe Gen3 x16 slot to expand I/O capacity.
RS100-E10-PI2 fits two internal 3.5-inch HDDs and comes with optical disc drive, and offers different storage choice for storage support. Two M.2 slots accommodate 22110-size SSDs with support for additional OS storage and PCIe Gen3 bandwidth — 5.3X faster than 6 Gb/s SATA III — for faster boot speeds.
RS100-E10-PI2 features quad server-class Intel® Ethernet ports and teaming support that speed up the network bandwidth and the failover function ensures uninterrupted network connection. This suits virtualization applications perfectly which requires ultrafast and reliable network. Optional ASUS PEB series Ethernet cards are available for networking upgrade.
KNPA-U16 supports up to twelve SATA drives via two Mini-SAS HD and four SATA connectors for more connectivity with external devices and cleaner cable routing. With six onboard OCuLink connectors that provide efficient port-to-port connection with NVMe devices, KNPA-U16 eliminates the need for PCIe transaction cards, while providing the reduced latency and higher maximum bandwidth of NVMe technology.
RS100-E10-PI2 features an optional embedded iKVM module and is bundled with ASUS Control Center to provide comprehensive out-of-band and in-band management features for small and mid-size businesses.
The optional ASMB9-iKVM module supports remote BIOS updates, fan control, standalone KVMs, video recording, and BSOD capture, providing around-the-clock remote monitoring and diagnostics — even if the operating system is down or offline — through a user-friendly, web-based graphical interface that works with all major browsers.
ASUS Control Center (ACC) is a centralized and integrated IT management platform for monitoring and controlling ASUS commercial products, including servers, workstations and digital signage. ACC enables remote BIOS updates, monitoring of multiple systems via mobile devices, and one-click software updates and dispatching, allowing easier server management for any IT infrastructure.
